Meatball Factory - West Wing

The West Wing of the Meatball Factory includes a machine that breaks meat piles down in size, delivers these to the mixing station-via conveyer belt- where spices are added. A child rolls the spiced meat to incorporate the flavours and then shapes the meat into balls. A small oven cooks the meatballs before they are sent to the tunnel. The West Wing is also home to the three sauces and the sauce watchers.
